My first experience with breath work! I really didnt know what to expect, I am always a little intimidated by new things and groups. Justine is so protective and calming, she explained the breathing cycle and it really was as simple as that! I can always trust Justine to hold space for me, a practitioner worth more than her weight in gold💖 We had a perfect serene Saturday morning, with the view of the misty mountains, golden sunshine and listening to the birdsong: breathing all the stress away🙏🏼 It's definitely worth a little adventure, to get some weight off your shoulders x
