Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. Jay was great. He delivered an assessment and massage treatment driven by a meaningful understanding of the body. The massage itself was excellent - he didn't just 'ram an elbow in and hope for the best' (which happens more often than it should!). He knew how to find knots and trigger points and tight fascia and work them away. I came away feeling so good.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, and I loved it in the chamber, and I also got a marathon PB shaving 14 mins off my previous! So it must have helped to! I will definitely be back pre events in Manchester

Finished rehab with Dylan for a torn acl injury with set backs like tearing my hamstring and damaging my lcl half way through the journey but I couldn’t praise Dylan more helping me through it all pushing me over my limit making sure I was feeling the muscle work while also pushing me past the comfort zone and making it safe and enjoyable I have fully been functional since being able to play football again and jump and move without worrying if it will lock and go has been amazing. Iknow I wouldn’t off been able to get through that stage without him any injury or work need doing he’s your man.

Dylan is not only kind and friendly. He definitely knows his stuff, anatomically, treatment & rehab wise. He uses modern techniques and equipment and discusses with you what he wants to do. It's not what he is going to do, so it's a collaborative session. Instils trust and takes an interest in you and listens to what your concerns are, which many health care professionals do not. I'd highly recommend Dylan
