I know that sone talk about the dynamics of 'therapy', however, time spent with Juliet is time well spent and nothing like 'therapy'. Went here with terrible knee pain that felt like age had finally caught up and this was the start of the end of regular exercise! Stu quickly identified the problem area and went to work. Fast forward a month and I’m now back in the gym with no pain at all! Highly recommend!
