Today was my first time at Charme. I wanted to tint my hair a light brown and get a suitable trim. I gave the hairstylist Louis a challenge by not specifying what hairstyle I wanted. I casually said, "You decide; hair will grow. Isn't that fun?" In fact, Louis knew nothing about me, not even my preferences; he had only seen me a few days ago for a skin test. I focused intently on the sound of the scissors. I sensed that Louis is a meticulous person, and I had a lot of confidence in him. I was completely satisfied with my haircut and immediately scheduled my next appointment.

So pleased with my hair from Louis today! The haircut turned out exactly how I hoped, and I’m really pleased with the result. It’s not often you find someone who’s both highly skilled and genuinely easy to chat with. I’d definitely recommend him and will be coming back myself.
