Today was my first time at Charme. I wanted to tint my hair a light brown and get a suitable trim. I gave the hairstylist Louis a challenge by not specifying what hairstyle I wanted. I casually said, "You decide; hair will grow. Isn't that fun?" In fact, Louis knew nothing about me, not even my preferences; he had only seen me a few days ago for a skin test. I focused intently on the sound of the scissors. I sensed that Louis is a meticulous person, and I had a lot of confidence in him. I was completely satisfied with my haircut and immediately scheduled my next appointment.
