I've always been a walk-in customer, happy to go with whoever was available the fastest. But after stumbling across Dan at Goulds Barbers, I won’t go anywhere else. His attention to detail and professionalism are second to none. Every cut is spot on. What really stood out to me was the way he took care of the elderly customers. He was patient, kind, and made sure they were comfortable throughout their visit. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his clients and is clearly passionate about what he does. If you're looking for a quality barber in Downham Market, I can't recommend Dan enough.

The barber Jake was very patient with us my son has issue with getting his haircut and he literally screams the place down but no one judged and the barber did such a brilliant job and is the first person to complete his haircut ever. So thankyou very much and sorry for the stress it may have caused.

1st time having my hair cut at Gould barbers in Downham Market, was recommended to use them by my son. The booking service works really well for me and I can arrange hair cuts around work commitments. Barber was brilliant a lovely guy ( Koza I think his name was) and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it.
