Can’t fault the cut here at all - been living back in Darlington for seven months now but used to travel to York to get my haircut still as couldn’t find anyone good enough. Ross has changed that and became my go to - couldn’t be happier

From the moment I stepped in Simply Rogue I got nothing but exceptional customer service, treated like a king, offered a drink before my haircut, the level of quality service I received from Mark is a prime example of how all barbers and barber experiences should be, really happy with my fade and beard trim, highly recommend.

Brilliant service as usual, seated in the waiting area as was early for my appointment with Mark. Offered a choice of beverage at the start followed by my choice(s) of service. Went through for a quick hair wash which was very relaxing then back to the chair. Conversation with Mark was brilliant as usual and took extra care when I mentioned I had a sore ear due to a piercing. Haircut was as usual brilliant and exactly what I wanted and the beard trim/line up was very relaxing especially with the hot towel. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a barber or a change to try something…

What a man George is!!! I was really stuck this morning and desperately needed my hair cut and all the barbers were fully booked up with a couple of the lads away on holiday! I called George and asked him if there was anything he could do, he went out of his way to squeeze me in before his shift! Hair cut and beard trim was absolutely perfect, however he needs to not make cups of tea as I had to make my own 😂 Thank you George!
