Finally said goodbye to my BIAB nails today Big thanks to Nicole for being so sweet and making the whole removal process feel like a mini pamper session! She’s honestly the best—so gentle, so chatty, and just made it all super easy. My natural nails are back and feeling fresh… can’t wait for my next appointment! 🫶😍💖

Kirsty makes such a lovely job manicuring and gelling my nails and is so pleasant to sit with. I enjoy her company.

Carley was professional, diligent, friendly and helpful. She provides a very good waxing service, hence why I have been using Charisma for many years now and its my go to salon.

Jen really is the queen of nails 💅 I could not recommend her enough. I always look forward to my nail appointment as it’s always a lovely experince and her salon is so cute and cosy. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I constantly get compliments on my nails, so happy I found Jen 💖

Always a pleasure. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere relaxed and inviting. The staff are experienced and expert in hair care and never fail to give exe!lent results. I can highly recommend the salon. Other beauty treatments are available such as nail care which I also can recommend.

Nicole is the most lovely, welcoming, warm person and I had the most awesome wash and blow dry. I had accidently thought that Nicole could cut hair also, Nicole and her mum were so understanding and patient and went above and beyond to help me and organised for me to have my haircut next door. I cannot recommend Nicole highly enough, I will be back for my hair but also to have beauty treatments and my nails done. Definitely visit and thank you again for the most lovely experience.

This was the first time I've visited the salon and I was made to feel really welcome and comfortable. Thank you Rachel love my toes and nails, I can face the world again. Looking forward to many more visits.
