Overall the experience was fine but I have a couple of notes. I didn’t like that the eye cover is reused , they just sprayed alcohol on it. It would be more hygienic to use disposable ones. Also, there was nothing to see or smell during the massage — no flower or relaxing scent to create an atmosphere. Small details like that would really improve the experience.

The staff were outstanding — Mohammad at reception was welcoming and helpful, Naji the masseuse delivered a precise and deeply relaxing Signature Package, and Ibrahim the nail specialist ensured a clean, polished finish. هذه ثاني مرة أقص شعري عند Layers Spa مع إيمانويل، وبصراحة مو الأخيرة. شغلها فنان بشكل يخلّي النتيجة أجمل من كل مرة، فاهمة للشعر وتعرف بالضبط إيش يناسبك، وقصّتها مرتبة ومتقنة بكل التفاصيل. إضافة إلى حسن التعامل والاهتمام بالعميلة من أول ما تدخلين إلى آخر لحظة. أنصح فيها بكل ثقة، وشكرًا لإيمانويل على احترافيتها وذوقها الراقي.
