Reception was very pleasant. There was a very relaxing environment to the whole place. I was pleasantly surprised. The changing rooms were very clean and I had my own cabinet with a key and a rope. You could also shower and use a spa and there’s a small outdoor pool even. My masseuse, Alex, was excellent and very informative and catered to my needs. Will definitely come back.

My personal experience at Cocoon Urban Spa was great. All the personnel is very friendly and polite. Dimitra Stamatiou, who did my treatment, was very good, asking frequently with a sincere interest, if I was ok during the treatment, showing high level of professionalism. I really enjoyed my experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Facilities were clean, calm, not crowded. I absolutely loved my cycling of sauna/pool, sauna/ pool. Staff was friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome during this, my first time in the wet lounge.

I had a great experience at Cocoon Urban Spa! I booked the Wet Lounge and Pedicure. The staff was very helpful and kind and everything I needed was provided! This included a towel, robe, shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc. I highly recommend!

Το cocoon urban spa είναι όντως μια εμπειρία που σε κάνει να νιώθεις ότι έχεις μπει σε ένα «κουκούλι» για να βγεις έξω σαν μια άλλη urban πεταλούδα μέσα στην κουραστική καθημερινότητά της Αθήνας. Κάθε φορά φεύγω βαθιά χαλαρωμένη και ενυδατωμένη καθώς οι θεραπείες γίνονται από πολύ καλό φιλικό ζεστό και επαγγελματικό προσωπικό οι κοπέλες είναι αξιαγάπητες. Επίσης πρώτη φορά παρατήρησα ότι οι θεραπεύτριες ήξεραν ακριβώς τι πίεση να ασκήσουν και ποιες περιοχές να αποφύγουν λόγω πρόσφατης επέμβασης. Συγχαρητήρια και πάλι

Just a gentle suggestion for the overall experience: it might be even better if, at the end of the session, the therapist could remove the oil with towels from the entire body instead of just the feet.
