Sharnnie is incredible at what she does. She has truly made a huge difference in my mental health recovery. She is kind, calm and understanding and makes you feel comfortable. She is very accommodating to my little requests: wearing my eye mask so I can relax, putting my heated and weighted blanket on me, putting my pillow behind my head, playing storm sounds on her iPad. I am not someone who is confident to ask for adjustments but Sharnnie makes me feel safe to. I would recommend her to anyone. 🩷

I had such an amazing experience with Sharnnie. She is truly gifted—so caring, attentive, and genuinely takes the time to listen. After a really tough week, I left feeling completely relaxed and rebalanced. You can genuinely feel her calming energy throughout the session, and when she is working with you which makes such a difference.
