Sheer bliss, or Cher bliss if you like a pun. I have just had a tremendously relaxing Shirodhara treatment, and after a few hectic and demanding weeks, it couldn't have been more appropriate. I found everything (from the booking process, to arriving at the beautiful treatment room, to Cher's approach, passion and unquestionable skill in what she does) simply added more to the unwinding and relaxation I was hoping for.
