Absolutely brilliant. The spa was nicely decorated, very clean and smelt beautiful. The staff were very attentive. .The reflexology massage was amazing. Would definitely recommend and return.

From start to finish such a relaxing and well thought out experience. Sumaiya was friendly and calm, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. My skin feels so good now. They have created a little haven in that space, and it felt like a sanctuary. Such a treat. I will definitely be back!

Amazing Massage as always. The spa is clean and covid secure, which put me at ease. The deep tissue massage will leave you feeling brand new. Much needed after months of working from home. Highly recommend Tuk, she was fantastic and checked in me throughout the massage.

Wonderful experience here. I feel comfortable, calm and still. I would recommend this to absolutely everyone, particularly if you have a heard time quieting your mind. It makes you feel like a new person! I would like to suggest the offering of dressing gowns and flip flops/slides to guests, to increase the comfort and spa-like experience.

I visited the floating spa with a friend. It was a truly special experience. We had no idea what to expect, we were made so welcome, and everything was explained to us. Taking time in the relaxation area before your session starts is encouraged and is such a calming environment. The floating experience is a must for everyone. I have never felt so relaxed, and couldn’t believe how much tension my body was holding on too. I felt amazing afterwards and we have booked our next visit already!

Nav (owner, operator) consistently exceeds expectations. Competitive pricing, consistent (and clean) amenities, comprehensive introductions for newcomers, and a calm relaxing space to unwind afterwards. It might be the only place to float in Birmingham City Centre but if it wasn’t it would probably still be the best! If you’ve gotten used to floating in the isopod in other spas around the world, you’ll be pleased with floating here!

This was my second time here and on both occasions I have visited with someone new introducing them to a float tank too. I like the vibe and ambience here and I gotta say, the floating spa allows me to chill at a level that doesn't exist elsewhere. This is a great experience.

I love this place. Total escapism and relaxation, and although ‘only an hour’ it feels like I’ve had the most restful sleep for a week solid. I recommend the floating spa to anyone who just needs that little boost or reset from modern life.

Had the most relaxing and amazing time having my massage with Nas. She was attentive and caring. I’m already thinking of when I can book my next one. Cannot recommend enough 🙂

I had the most beautiful experience with Salma and would return paying full price happily. She was highly knowledgeable,very attentive and executed my facial with precision,care,thoughtfulness and perfect communication. She did an excellent consultation before we started,everything was spotlessly clean,she talked me through every step and the products were high grade medical products with beautiful natural smells. I love facials as part of a spa experience and would normally not consider having a facial outside of that setting but Salma created the spa experience perfectly.

Had my first session with Nas and it’s definitely not my last! She was friendly and welcoming at first. Then during my massage she was attentive, professional, and really listened to what I needed. Just the right pressure for all my aches! I definitely plan to come back soon- highly recommend!

I got the deluxe facial which really soothing and hydrating. The staff were warm and attentive and answered all my questions about my treatment. The spa's ambiance was calming and relaxing. Absolutely fantastic, received voucher as Christmas present from my parents. I’ve been to a few spas but this one is the best thus far to go for a treatment. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to others.
