Parking was convenient situated on the foreshore. Great location. We were greeted via a friendly face and made to feel welcome. The reception area was clean and had nice smelling defuses running with a seating area. The sauna room was inside its own private room which adds to the extra comfort of privacy. The sauna was clean and had plenty of room to lie down stretch out and move around. It had entertainment as a TV and speakers that you can control. You can adjust the temperature if you like as well. It was a great experience and no doubt the wife and I will be returning with friends

What an amazingly tranquil place to go! i tried the sauna pod and the roller and what a fabulous experience it was. I was a little concerned i would feel claustrophobic in the pod but I didn't feel like that at all! I can't wait to go again!!

From the moment I walked in, I felt instantly welcomed. The space is spotless, calming, and beautifully set up — you can tell they’ve thought of every little detail to make you comfortable. Loved the infrared cocoon. Was so relaxing but still burnt calories. I burnt more calories in the cocoon then I did on my morning walk. Felt fantastic afterwards. Took hubby with me and he loved the relax. Highly recommend and the staff are always lovely.
