Beautiful, clean salon and atmosphere! Bree did an amazing job! I am an introvert and never really talk when I’m at the nail salons, but Bree had me talking and laughing THE ENTIRE TIME! I showed her what I wanted and she executed it to a T! She did her thing and I will definitely be back!!!🤏🏽🤏🏽🤏🏽

I’ve been coming to this salon for almost a year now and every single time I come in I have an amazing experience! They truly prioritize your nail health and helped me grow out my natural nails to be strong and healthy, unlike other salons that drill down your nails and leave them fragile and broken. It’s such a welcoming, judgement free environment and the vibes are always so great!

Bree absolutely SLAYED. I have been getting my nails done since May at Catherine’s and over 2 years at other salons. The nails she did tonight are my all time favorite nails. They are THEE most BEAUTIFUL nails I have ever seen in my life. I can’t stop staring at them. She took into consideration my skin tone and then just created something that is truly a masterpiece. WOW. 1000/1000. THANK YOU!

I had such an amazing first experience with Addison! 🥰 She was so welcoming, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable getting my first lash lift and tint! Addison was wonderful. I had my brows mapped because they hadn’t been waxed in quite a while. She did a fantastic job and was very communicative. She also had a game plan for my brows going forward. The service was excellent. Minimal redness. I’m excited to have a reliable waxer in Kalamazoo. I already have my next appointment booked and will look forward to seeing Addison for a facial sometime soon as well!

Definitely will be recommending to my people! We felt so relaxed after that we forgot our freshly dried swimsuits! Did a couples head spa with my fiancé and we felt like royalty. The inner haven experience is so relaxing, they brought us water, chilled towels for our faces/necks, and kept us updated as to when our service providers were ready for us. The service itself was so relaxing and included a shoulder & arm massage which I loved. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Also the environment was very luxe and relaxing; the perfect addition to Kalamazoo!

Wow. That’s all I can say. I had the most incredible blowout of my life. I get a blowout weekly and have been to countless salons, but none compare to this experience. The volume, bounce, and finish were unmatched, and the wash alone was next level. I also truly appreciated not feeling pressured to carry a conversation; the entire experience felt relaxing and effortless. Macy was exceptional (apologies if I spelled her name incorrectly). Her attention to detail and technique were outstanding.

Absinthe was the sweetest! She was kind enough to add a design even though I forgot to book it as part of my service. She was consistently checking in to make sure I was comfortable and liked my nails. She was super easy to talk to and this was the most fun I’ve had a nail appointment! I will definitely book with her again.

Maggie Pierce did an excellent job with my facial. She was very professional, patiently listened to all my concerns, and created a truly customized treatment tailored to my skin.
