I’ve always been super embarrassed/anxious to get intimate areas waxed locally or by someone I know, but Risha was fantastic. She made me feel comfortable and we just chatted away like normal, so it didn’t actually feel uncomfortable at all. It was also the fastest wax appointment I’ve ever had. All done in less half an hour.

Nicola was welcoming and friendly as always! Took both mine and my independent 4 year old views into account with a professional and gentle manner. My 4 year old was confident and chatty throughout the whole process which shows just how comfortable she was in her environment and around Nicola. Lovely place, beautifully decorated/furnished. Relaxing facial, know which part of the treatment you are receiving at any time, and good after care details given once finished. Would definitely recommend & will definitely be back.

I had a Japanese head spa for the first time yesterday. I’ve always wanted to do this. Risha was professional and amazing from start to finish. Started with the scalp analysis and then on to the head spa. It was very relaxing. My hair is soft and my highlights have come out brighter. Will definitely come back for another visit.

Great cut

Rishi is professional and friendly, very nice to talk to. My nails were in a state, hands of a navvy. Which I had more than enough of. She did a good job with the material she had to work with. I was pleased. I will return.

Risha is a wonderful nail technician, who fully supports me at my appointments. I have always been a nail biter so a nail or two tends to be nibbled when I see Risha. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she works her magic to get them looking amazing again. I love my pampering with Risha at The Face Lab...Thank you ❤️
