I've been having a monthly massage with Laura for quite a while now, and it's become such an important part of managing my ongoing back pain. The treatments are always excellent quality, and the sessions are a great length, allowing enough time to properly relax and work on any problem areas. Laura is incredibly friendly, approachable and professional, and she always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. I leave every appointment feeling much better, both physically and mentally, and I'm usually counting down the days until my next massage! I would highly recommend Laura to anyone!

I have been using Alumier MD skincare as prescribed by Mehnaaz for a few years now and my skin has never been better. At 54 years of age I feel happy to go out without makeup. Mehnaaz really know her stuff! Her knowledge of the products is exceptional and she regularly checks in to make sure I am still happy with everything, occasionally adjusting products when required, seasonal changes, menopausal skin etc. The products are not cheap (although I have bought more expensive ones in the past) but the results speak for themselves. I would definitely recommend Mehnaaz and Skin Essential Clinic!
