Emma did my daughter’s first eyelash extensions and made the whole experience amazing. She was kind, patient, and explained everything clearly, which really helped settle any nerves. The lashes look beautiful—natural, lightweight, and perfect for her. Emma’s attention to detail and gentle approach really stood out. Jess is truly amazing. I honestly don’t know how she manages to keep everything running so perfectly on time—even during peak Christmas nail season—while consistently creating some of the most incredible designs. She’s cultivated such a warm, cosy atmosphere right in the heart of the salon, and it’s a joy to visit every time. I’m booked six months in advance, and that alone says everything about how exceptional she is 💋
