Very experienced and explained each step to put me at ease Was dressed appropriately for a beautician. I became more confident in her ability with each step as I had not had this style of nail applied. At the end my nails looked spectacular,felt great, had the shape I liked. I would like to have Shantelle to continue to do my nails as I am totally comfortable. The time spent with her was easy and comfortable
