I’ve been seeing Pema for my facials and can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly thoughtful and intentional with every appointment, tailoring each treatment to exactly what my skin needs. Since going to her, my skin has become noticeably clearer and healthier. On top of that, every session is so relaxing! I had such a wonderful experience with Ashley! She gave me a **Microdermabrasion Diamond Facial** and a **PemSpa Relaxation Massage**, and I can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing and refreshing treatments I’ve had. Ashley was incredibly professional, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire session. The facial left my skin feeling so smooth, bright, and rejuvenated, and the massage was the perfect way to unwind. She really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything she was doing, which made the experience even better.

It was my first facial since the pandemic so my face needed a lot of TLC. Pema at PemSpa did not disappoint! After the facial, my skin felt so smooth and I feel like it gained back some elasticity. Pores became visibly much smaller and I saw less fine lines afterwards. I already made two future appointments!

Wonderful experience to start my year! Had a facial with Pema and it truly exceeded my expectations. I have sensitive skin and have been dealing with pesky dryness. Pema was so helpful and thorough! Very pleasant head and shoulders massage; extraordinarily unpleasant facial (no introduction/name; no telling me what she was doing; mostly massaging my scalp; room/creams/water was frigid.At the end of the facial, the person noted I seemed stressed during the facial— but she somehow decided to ignore it during treatment?).

I had a wonderful massage and facial experience. This is my second time back, and they will receive my patronage in the future! Facilities are clean and staff are super helpful. The massage was tailored to my preferences (pressure, areas that were tense, etc.). The classic facial was refreshing and I could immediately feel a difference in my skin's texture. Great way to spend a few hours.
