Kelsey has completely transformed my hair! When I first came to her, my previous hairdresser had absolutely wrecked it. I had severe breakage, colour bleeding, and my hair was in such a bad state. I’ve now been to Kelsey four times and the difference is incredible. My colour looks amazing, my hair feels so much healthier, and the products she uses have even helped with my hair growth. Her studio is always clean, warm, and comfortable, which makes every appointment such a relaxing experience. What an amazing experience from when you walk through the door. Greeted by Dana who made me a pot of green tea ,then went through what they would be using in the facial,also trying on me skin to make sure that l was happy with the product smells.(Which were amazing). Then onto the facial with Millie ,which was awesome and very relaxing. Overall it was calming experience and definitely going back. My skin feels amazing. Thank you Millie and Dana

My therapist, Millie, was excellent at applying and massaging in all the products. The products felt beautiful on my skin which now feels so hydrated, soft and supple. I had a 75 minute facial yesterday at Carol Priest. From the start of the experience I was welcomed by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The facial was pure bliss. The therapist explained every step and product along the way. The aroma of the different products was extremely soothing and the range of products was amazing. At the end the staff suggested products especially for my skin. There was no pressure to buy products,but I did buy and I am extremely happy with my purchases. I will be returning for sure.

Very professional with a relaxing ambience as zii as you walk in the door. My facial was fantastic & my therapist experienced & informative regarding their products. I felt instantly welcomed with some Jasmine Tea and a skin consultation. Milly is extremely good at her job and gave me little extras like a leg massage while I had a light therapy done.
