The treatment room was cosy and calm, with warm towels that immediately helped me relax. The pressure during the facial was just right, and everything felt thoughtful and professional.I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and happy with the result. Came in for my second Lumi Eyes session. Michelle is very friendly and a professional, she helped me understand everything I needed to know about my treatment and my concerns.
