She is very honest and has actually told me not to do a specific treatment and recommended an alternative one which is half the price to suit my needs, whereas any other person would have done it to earn extra money. Came in for my second Lumi Eyes session. Michelle is very friendly and a professional, she helped me understand everything I needed to know about my treatment and my concerns. I was very nervous to get injections at first but her hands were very gentle and I couldn't feel anything. I know for sure I'm always going to be coming back for her, she's amazing! ♡

I recently had my first ever lip filler and Botox treatment with Abigail and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The clinic was luxurious and clean and Abigail was incredibly professional. The results are natural and exactly what I wanted. The aftercare is amazing & so cute with a lip ice pack & balm.
