Had my first hydrofacial here and loved it. My skin has never felt so fresh and hydrated! Emma is super knowledgeable on skincare and was happy to talk through products/routines for my skin at home too. Just had lashes done and couldn’t be more pleased with them. Had lashes done lots of times and at lots of different salons but this definitely the best. Luke has such attention to detail. What a fabulous new addition this is to Ripon. I found out about Platinum Beauty via recommendations on social media. I have visited today for a spray tan (never had one before and it was all fully explained by Helen, putting me at ease). After my appointment, I got chatting with Luke the owner and have booked in for further treatments. Would highly recommend, very welcoming and efficient. A new satisfied customer.
