Bithe is amazing, had a full body massage and literally felt like I walked out with a new body. Had the Japanese luxury headspace with facial and would definitely recommend. I will be making excuses to come down to Loughborough from Wigan to book more treatments. Lovely studio, welcoming and really knows her profession. I feel like I'll be disappointed if I have to go somewhere else, will definitely be back.

Charlotte is my go to person for all things nails and skincare! I love the relaxed, cosy atmosphere in the retreat. The facials are blissful and my nails always look incredible! Charlotte always keeps on top of the latest treatments and is super knowledgable! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Second facial here now, I have sensitive skin but the experience has been amazing! The products used are gentle, my skin is looking clearer having recently suffered breakouts. The whole experience including the shoulder and head massage makes this so relaxing.

I’ve been having classic b-curl lash extensions for a couple of years, but this was my first visit to Charlotte for them. They look amazing 🤩 On a freezing cold day, the cabin was so warm and cosy that I ended up dropping off to sleep during the treatment.
