Rather concerned but no need to be. Sarah was lovely and kept checking I was ok. The results are fabulous. She also put a little more arch in my eyebrows. Sarah was patient and put me at ease. Listened closely to my worries and concerns, never had this treatment before. Was a little uncomfortable but with more numbing cream I was surprised when it was completed! Have had a fantastic experience both times I have had an appointment. Made to feel really welcome, relaxed and at ease. Exactly what is needed during a intimate wax! The products used are amazing and hardly feel a thing! That alongside Sarah who is very skilled, detailed and swift in her work. Making it all the more bearable.
