I had a fantastic first session today at Inner Alignment MSK Therapies. Alisha is incredibly knowledgeable and takes time to get to know you and your injury. The treatment is fantastic - hands on. You really feel like you’ve been “treated” rather than just assessed. Would highly recommend.

The treatment is really varied using different techniques, she is so knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help you anyway she can giving you extra ideas and treatments for your wellness. Alisha genuinely wants to help you! The after care adds that extra touch too with follow up messages to make sure you are okay. Overall 5 star experience 🤩

I have since had nearly a handful of sessions with Alisha and have been very impressed by the results. Alisha explains everything fully and is very knowledgable. Where do I start….. been having work done for a few months now. Generally was a bit tight and I felt like I wasn’t standing straight. Within 3 weeks of weekly treatments and I was as l was getting pretty straight and tissue was much looser. As someone who works a physical job, train Muay Thai and do a lot of extreme sports, always been active and never thought I was too tight as such but what a difference. My day to day life seems much easier. Alisha is a star and a pleasure to talk to so I always look forward to going in for work and that makes the process easier. Cannot recommend enough!!

I have been visiting Alisha for quite a while now, and every session has been spot on, I train Muay Thai witch is quite taxing on your body, I struggled quite abit with my flexibility/ mobility, and already I am starting to see the benefits from deep tissue massage in such a short amount of time! Everything is done very professionally and made sure you know what’s happening and why, I honestly couldn’t recommend enough !
