I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

This was my second visit and it won't be the last. Sam has such a calming yet motivating affect on you . Her treatments are so relaxing yet invigorating which makes you feel amazing both physically and mentally. I had a full body swedish massage and loved it. Little touches like the heated oil, and the heated massage bench made this location stand out from other massage venues I've been to. Sam's massage was great, as were her comments at the end of the session (about where I hold tension in my body etc). I am booking again now! Excellent

Very professional and enjoyable full body massage and facial

I have visited Sage Therapies on two occasions. The first was for reflexology. Never had this before, but already booked a second session. Felt really good afterwards even my tinnitus level was reduced checked my blood pressure when I got home big surprise down to 125/68. My second visit was for a shoulder and neck massage. Came away very relaxed my shoulders released, I was walking very tall not hunched. My breathing was deeper and clearer. Again another session booked.
