The massage itself was wonderful, leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated. It never felt rushed or that the was clock-watching. Overall one of the best massages I have had in Cape Town. I can definitely recommend.

Milli has such a healing energy about her. There is a reason why her massage treatments have names like Sacred Stillness! I have been extremely tense for the past two weeks and had a massage where I could feel the stress leaving my body throughout the massage. I am feeling so relaxed and renewed. I cannot recommend Milli enough. She is a rare gem.

I arrived earlier than my scheduled time, and Ruth kindly accommodated me and started the session right away. She was professional, friendly, and very attentive throughout. Had 2 treatments: 45 minute massage was average, I guess due to the space and equipment provided there was nothing that the therapist(Nangamso) could do. Rue did my toes, excellent service and excellent work. Try and get the lights to be dimmed for massages, also get relaxation scents to set the mood
