May was amazing! She took the time to ask what areas I wanted her to focus on and listened carefully to my concerns. She was very professional, communicated throughout the massage, and always made sure I was comfortable when repositioning. My body was extremely tight, and she did an excellent job finding and working through all of my knots. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better than when I arrived. Jenny did a great job giving a very relaxing head massage. I would return again. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars is they could use better quality hair products. Lusetta is below the quality that you would find in most hair salons.

The facility is nicely located, ample parking, clean facility, massage prices are good. My therapist May was great, professional and courteous. The front desk staff do insist on give minimum $25 gratuity on a $70 sixty minute massage.

Our experience was sooooo amazing. They really care about your experience and want you to be relaxed. They are very accommodating and have a very smooth set up. My two friends and I got deep tissue body massages, scalp treatment, and facials and were 100% satisfied with our experience. They were very knowledgeable of musculature so they were very specific with the massage which really made the experience stand out over others. We will definitely be returning!

Had an excellent experience at Elegant Scalp Spa. I was greeted by their friendly staff and was quickly brought in by Lilly and first offered me a cold beverage from their fully stocked beverage bar and brought me to her room. The session began with a scalp analysis and the treatment soon followed with a relaxing neck and shoulder massage. This was then followed with the invigorating hair treatment. Afterwards you feel relaxed and refreshed! This place is worth a visit!

We were welcomed by sweet ladies. Immediately me and my friend were taken into the massage room. I wish they had separate rooms for us to get undressed. The massage felt a little rushed and I understand everything is timed. But you want the client to feel relaxed not rushed. So maybe work on that.

So relaxing and the products smell amazing. Not only did my scalp get a good scrub and cleanse but my neck? shoulders and feet got a massage as well.

The attention to detail making sure the temperatures of what they use are okay, the pressure they apply for the massage is comfortable to your liking. All help make the service tailored best to you. In addition, the oils and lotions they use smell amazing and don't irritate.
