Very friendly and actually paid attention to what I mentioned beforehand. Took the time to focus on all the areas I was having issues with instead of just doing a routine massage. Everything felt really intentional, not rushed. Definitely the best massage I’ve had.

Athena is truly amazing! She’s extremely thorough, listens to your needs, shares stretching exercises to help outside of her studio, & is so calming & enjoyable to be serviced by.
