Loved all of the activities, float, massage and compression boots. Georgie was lovely and looked after us well. Found the shower cold in pod 2 and could not get it hot.

Look forward to my reflexology treatments. Always greeted with a friendly face and made to feel special.The treatment itself takes me to a place of relaxation.It amazes me how a foot massage can have a positive effect on your body. The lady therapist gives 100% when administering the treatment and ensures that you have a wonderful experience.

Absolutely amazing! I carry stress and knots in my back which is highly visible, I expressed the reasons and was made to feel very relaxed and heard. Time was taken, and advice was given. Best massage I've had in years, have booked my next one already.
