I had an Indian head massage with Adele and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Adele made me feel completely at ease, and the treatment melted away tension I didn’t even realise I was holding. The studio itself is warm, calm, and very welcoming, which really adds to the whole experience. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and uplifted. I would highly recommend Adele to anyone looking for a truly soothing treatment.

I had the most amazing facial, back and shoulder massage. Emma made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the treatment, I loved it and would definitely recommend.

Lorna was lovely, she put me at ease from the start. The lymphatic drainage massage was so relaxing I didn't want it to end! Will definitely be coming back!

I had the Autumn Soother Package with Adele and it was honestly amazing. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. The room was warm and calming, with lovely autumn scents that set the mood perfectly. The massage was just what I needed — so soothing and done with real care. Had the best evening! Very relaxed slept so well afterwards! If you haven't tried the Yoga & Soundbath evening yet ... your missing out! Yoga with Claire was amazing really enjoyed being out of my comfort zone will definitely be returning! I've never been to a soundbath before i didnt really know what to expect... im a busy mum to 3 so i find it really hard to relax/switch off. Wow Victoria has the voice of an actual Angel absolutely bliss so relaxed! The 2 sessions definitely complement each other! Not forgetting the Hostess with the Mostest Adele your amazing at everything you do! Thank you!

Beautiful salon with a really relaxing atmosphere. Professional and knowledgeable. The full body massage was amazing, I felt so relaxed afterwards. Adele offers so many other beauty services too and her new sauna is a fantastic addition to this beautiful salon. 10/10, my wife and I will definately be regular customers. Thoroughly recommended!

Cove Holistics really is a hidden gem. What Adele has created is a truly special place. As soon as I walked through the door, I stepped into a calm and peaceful space and instantly felt relaxed. I started with 25 minutes in the infrared sauna, which really is an added bonus before my two-hour full body massage. It was just the relaxation I needed. Adele is amazing. I will definitely be going back.

Jo was wonderful! Very welcoming, patient and helpful. She made my nails beautiful again AND she gave me such a relaxing hand massage. I booked another appointment before I left!
