Sheer bliss, or Cher bliss if you like a pun. I have just had a tremendously relaxing Shirodhara treatment, and after a few hectic and demanding weeks, it couldn't have been more appropriate. This is my second visit to Jasper and Indigo and already planning my next one. Cher is clearly very knowledgeable and takes time to discuss what areas need worked on and what pressure is preferred. My deep tissue massage was nothing short of spectacular, the best I've had and Cher takes care to provide guidance for aftercare. Her treatment room is so comfy and clean. I can't wait for my next massage!
