First time with Maria. She was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. Had a deep tissue massage. Her technique gets right into the tension areas. Very relaxing time and I nodded off for a few minutes. Extremely pleased and recommend highly.

I had a wonderful lymphatic drainage massage with Natalie, Natalie is a complete professional and made me feel instantly comfortable, Natalie is extremely knowledgeable on the benefits of the massage and answered all my questions with detail throughout and advised of aftercare, the treatment was relaxing and had instant visible results which was so great to see, I felt amazing afterwards and will definitely be back for another. I have booked Meghan solidly every 7 weeks, but would go earlier if I needed to. Meghan is absolutely brilliant, nothing too much trouble and she goes the extra mile. This very talented lady has magic in her hands as her foot massage is out of this world!!! She explains what products she uses, and why. I feel so refreshed when she has finished with me. She has a good supply of nail varnish coloured, natural and gels to please everyone. I really can't wait for my next visit.

Claire is excellent. Not only does she do a great massage but she has great expertise and knowledge in what she does. I’ve used her for injury rehabilitation, pregnancy support and also migraine support. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

First rate sports massage

Bertie was great. He took the time to take a detailed history, understanding my concerns and queries regarding the injury in relation to continuing to train. His assessment was thorough and concluded a few issues which he explained in depth using simple terminology. He then did a soft (but hard!) tissue massage which caused agony but after 48 hours completely freed up movement of my leg. He spent time discussing a large amount of exercises I could do to aid recovery. He gave solid advice and guidance around returning to sport. 100% worth the money and would not hesitate to return.

Had the most blissful 90-minute massage and facial—pure heaven from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the calming atmosphere, soft lighting, and gentle music melted my stress away. Helen’s caring touch and perfect pressure worked magic on every knot, while the facial left my skin glowing and refreshed. I left feeling lighter, happier, and truly renewed. A beautiful experience I’d recommend to anyone in need of self-care. Thank you, Jenny.

Lovely massage really relaxing and my muscles feel great

First ever sports massage or massage ever for that matter. Very thorough consultation before massage which is needed to know how to adjust the session so your are not in pain. Went in without expectations as massage is not a cure for pain, it’s to help relieve pain. Very friendly , chatty, opted for no music but chit chat. Found a lot more knots that I thought I had , any painful knots were vocalised and listens to by Maria and pressure adjusted as needed. Defo will come back again.

I really enjoyed my relaxing massage and felt Helen cared. Lovely, calming atmosphere. I’ll be back and I’ll be recommending x
