Used to have a massage every month but ended up missing them for a while. I’m now 2 sessions back in and it’s made me realise how important it is not just as a reactive measure to issues, but as a preventative one too. When I was getting regular treatments, I wouldn’t get big flare ups, but after a period of time away, it’s clear to see how much stress is put on the body through training and just just how much regular treatments helped. I came to see Laura after months of what has been severe, chronic tightness in my right hip and glute that was affecting my mobility and range of movement. Laura is highly skilled, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. She took time to ask necessary questions and assess my movement before starting. The treatment I recieved was exactly what I needed. She helped me fix a stubborn issue fast and I felt the difference instantly and I left with a noticeable increase in range of motion. I will definitely be returning for regular maintenance. Looking forward to my next session.

I had my first treatment today and was thoroughly impressed. I’ve been dealing with a persistent shoulder issue for the past three to four months and, despite trying several other treatments, had seen no real improvement. Following this session, my shoulder already feels noticeably better. The level of care and professionalism was exceptional, and I will certainly be returning. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Very good! I am new to Burgess Hill and was looking for a family friendly barber. Maryanne at JJ Barbers was great, and cut my hair as requested. Their prices are really good as well. I will happily go back.
