I had the declor aromatherapy facial with Mandy, which is amazing. It is an hour of pure relaxation, the products smell amazing. You start with a back massage and then arm massage and facial. I would highly recommend this treatment and the salon. We all deserve a treat and an hour to relax, you won't be disappointed.

Thank you so much Ceri for a lovely relaxing facial with head and shoulder massage. My skin looks and firmer and clearer already! This was my first time at Ceri's new salon but have been a client of Ceri's previously, as she is so knowledgeable and I have always been happy with results of facials with having problem skin. As always, I love going to Dawn & Co. The atmosphere is so relaxed and friendly and all the staff are great and so helpful, and Dawn is a fantastic hairstylist have never had a bad cut with her. So all in all a great experience 👏👏

This was my second appointment with Tammy and as before, she was bright and smiling when she met me. She listened as I explained what I wanted that day, so we were both happy before she got to work. Tammy was very thorough throughout, making sure I was happy. She is attentive, listens and then does what is asked. I am so happy with my new hairstyle, I can't stop touching it and looking at it! I feel like the best version of myself now. I live on Anglesey but it is worth travelling to Colwyn Bay for a great haircut. Thank you, Tammy and the team! See you again.

A fabulous day yesterday with Dawn. The salon is warm & welcoming with a lovely friendly relaxed atmosphere with a fab team :) lots of lovely hot drinks and I watched a Christmas film while I had a relaxing hair & scalp treatment :) Dawn was amazing after listening to my ideas & problems with postpartum hair she created the perfect colour & style and I feel amazing !
