Overall experience is superb. They immediately catered me even tho I arrived a little bit late. The owner explained how my hair would look or how the haircut would be. I also appreciate how they cleansed my hair very gently and I was even surprised that they gave a service massage. That was a plus 🥰 i am soooo happy with how i look with my hair. It made feel sooo pretty and confident. I have never been this soooo satisfied 🥰 KU HAKU Japanses Hair Salon is definitely recommended. Gotta be back soon for hair color 🫣

Just went to Rinoa and absolutely loved my haircut! The vibe of the place and the music were perfect. My hairstylist, Sho, was lovely, attentive, and did an amazing job, I’m so soo happy with the result! Honestly, one of the best haircuts I’ve ever received! The lady at the front desk (I think her name was Hikari) was also wonderful when washing my hair, making sure the temperature was just right. Such lovely service and super cute, kind people. Got a great hair analysis by Joe. Awesome dude. Got a lot of haircuts and hairstyles before all on a whim and by just what I saw or know. Joe, gave me advise and his professional opinion on my style and glad to have a haircut by him. It's great getting to know what fits you best on by a professional. His advise isn't solely by him he also asked my preferences and made a judgement on that. Overall pretty good, would come back again.

This was my very first time experience going to a Japanese Salon and it did not disappoint 💯👌 I initially booked an appointment because of the famous hair spa that I wanted to try the most✨ So to make the most out of it, I tried the package service in which the final rate depends on the length of the hair: hair spa + global Milbon hair treatment Maybe the next time I will book an appointment with the salon, I want to try it with a shorter hair and do a haircut with bangs ☺️

Staff is very nice and gentle with you. They offer advice and always ask for what you want. I haven't had my hair done in years so this one made me feel so comfortable and safe that you can close your eyes and nap. They have a very clean and high end salon. They have attire that are appealing to the eyes because they are uniform. They play cozy lofi instrumental music that make you feel at ease. I only had a haircut but I'm very happy with the results. Overall, I would highly recommend this salon. It's very worth what you're paying for.

Kuya barber was so kind and ang comfy ng vibe ni ate na nasa counter she really knows how to handle a customer i dont know about others but for me i think this is a great place for a haircut for introverts like me the atmosphere inside is so calming and relaxing especially with their services is top tier for me
