I didn't know what a difference this could make to reach my fitness goals and reduce pain. Dianna is great at explaining how the connective tissues and body works, realigning the body to work more efficiently and sharing exercises to work on to maintain and strengthen areas that need adjusting. Highly recommend!

I’ve had 3 sessions with Diana so far and my experience has been great!! The attention both in and out of session is top tier- she listens to the pain points I walk in with and works diligently to help me get relief. Dainna is very professional explaining every step with clear instructions Dainna is knowledgeable on the approach to tackle my issues with IT BAND it obvious she very well versed never missing a beat nice steady flow and Man did she work deep I’m so glad I booked a session with Dainna this was my second deep tissue session word of advice don’t be fooled by her size she is MIGHTY!!!!!!! I highly recommend Diana. I’ve been seeing her for a couple of sessions now and she’s been a game-changer in my healing journey. She uses a combination of techniques, including scraping and cupping, which have helped me with my sciatic pain due to a herniated disc. Every session feels tailored to my needs. I really appreciate that she goes beyond the massage—she follows up after each session to check in on my progress and how I'm feeling. She also offers great advice on exercises to do at after. I’ll make sure to see her at least twice a month.

It was great. Dianna really knows what she's doing, and I definitely felt better after my session. I'm always excited when I find someone who's really good and really passionate about what they do. I learned a lot, and we are both on the same page with my goals/treatment. I also enjoy the teamwork part of it. It gives me a bit of agency that I don't get when dealing with my chronic issues.
