So not normal service. Let me be clear Nicky is amazing. FACT. So much so that my very sporty 11 year old has been struggling with knee pain, niggles and just affecting performance. Doctor said, it’s fine growing pains. Get a support. She does football, gymnastics, swimming, running and bike riding (+ what ever school offer). Rest is not an option. Nicky did an excellent assessment and was kid friendly throughout assessment, treatment and after care. She can take care of anyone in my family gladly. 🙂

As always brilliant session, legs are improving, muscles are becoming more relaxed as time goes on over past few months, muscles were very odemitous, but not as much can't believe the improvement in such a short space of time, should have done this year's ago and kept on top of it, but Jo is amazing with the massage therapy and advice, defo recommend

My legs are feeling loads better, muscles are lot more relaxed when they should, Jo is amazing, definitely recommend if you have a sports injury for that road to recovery.

Great,as always. Jo really listens to whatever you’re saying and what your body is saying and tailors her approach accordingly. Whether it’s a relaxing massage or a sports massage, I always leave feeling better and looking forward to the next one. She has great knowledge and experience. Highly recommend!
