Brilliant massage by Joel...as always. Joel is really friendly and a lovely chap. You will not get better. Has been the saviour for me and has over time helped me come off the medication for my back issues and became pain free. Highly recommended.

Excellent and highly recommend. Joel was polite and professional and put me at ease. He explained how the session would work and what to expect. The sports massage was thorough and helped to relieve tension in the neck, shoulders and back. I enquired about follow up sessions and was not made to feel anything was compulsory. Rather I was offered a selection of options that would suit me should I wish to try.

I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Carla. She took the time to explain the process and showed me the difference the massage had made to my legs. During each section, Carla gave me tips on how to help the lymphatic drain myself and showed me how to do some of the massaging on my own body. The whole experience was lovely - the therapy room was lovely and warm and the heated bed was bliss. I will definitely be returning.

I had a massage today with Carla for the first time in years. It was by far the best and I left totally relaxed. Carla is such a kind and caring person and the room has a lovely ambience for total relaxation. I would fully recommend her.

Excellent first sports massage session with Joel. Took care to assess, explained everything clearly, great back, leg and calf massage to get to grips with the knots. Finished off demonstrating some stretches I can do each day before the next session. Highly recommended!

Such a great experience! I was a little nervous going in but Carla made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish and was so professional and friendly. Super kind and so easy to talk to.
