Cassie has such such a warm, lovely presence and very attuned to the needs of the client. It has been super hard for me to find an acupuncturist in London that I felt was intuitive and understood my presentation, and could listen to the subtle cues of my energy field and physical body. I had my first consultation and cupping therapy session with Expert Physiotherapist Javeria, and I’m truly amazed by the results. She carefully assessed my condition, identified the root cause of my lower back pain, and provided the perfect treatment with incredible skill and care. Her hands honestly felt magical, and after just one session, I felt almost completely pain-free. She also explained a clear treatment plan for future sessions. I had a combination of assisted stretching and Myofascial Release. The Myofascial Release was really involved in a good way including cupping. And the assisted stretching was well done and I was challenged with it, which was also good.

Amazing massage, cupping although I have tried it before, not sure it is for me. The venue is nice, the ladies are very warm, welcoming and I would recommend the venue and Steph too… will be returning.

I’ve visited many clinics in London, but the level of care here is a cut above. The senior therapist was incredibly skilled at balancing deep tissue pressure with relaxing flow. I walked out feeling both deeply relaxed and physically energised.
