Being full of knowledge she explained things so well and it was so easy to engage with her and have a good conversation. She's very gentle and creates a very calm and pleasant atmosphere. Very professional will definitely recommend as I had a back injury in gym with L4 and L5 issue . The pain used to be so worse as I couldn’t help myself even out of the bed and occasionally it kept coming back after every few weeks .
