Phoebe is absolutely amazing at what she does. Her massages are honestly the best I’ve ever had, and I always leave feeling completely renewed. I trust her completely to listen to what my body needs on the day, whether that’s massage, cupping, acupuncture, or a combination of treatments. She has such an intuitive approach and somehow always seems to know exactly what will help. I genuinely feel incredible every time I leave. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and couldn’t recommend Phoebe highly enough! ❤️

Had my first holistic sports massage with Phoebe today and can't recommend her enough! I had my neck, back and legs treated, along with cupping. I wasn't sure what I needed, but Phoebe did. She explained everything and asked for my permission before starting the cupping, which I really appreciated. The treatment room is a beautiful, peaceful hidden gem, and Phoebe is so kind and friendly, it felt like catching up with an old friend. I didn't realise how tight my body was until afterwards. I feel so relaxed, so much freer, and I'm looking forward to a great night's sleep. Thank you, Phoebe!

Literally floated out of my session today, felt so completely relaxed. Not only is Phoebe just amazing at what she does in terms of actual physical massage, but she remembers things from previous sessions and makes notes for the future ones too - so so lovely to have such an all around thoughtful considered experience.

Just had my 4th massage with Phoebe and as always I left feeling like I was floating! Phoebe always listens to exactly where I’m experiencing pain or tension and tailors the massage to what I need. I always feel so much better after my appointment, can’t wait for my next session!

I just love my time with Phoebe... She always knows what areas to work on... everytime I see her i know I'm going to come away feeling that I have had her full attention to detail. She completely understands how important it is to treat the body without all the medication we think we need... I love my treatment time with Phoebe...

Phoebe starts the session asking about any issues and adapts to support. She will also offer exercises or advice about the particular issues- I discovered the knot in my shoulder was likely due to weaker pec muscles! Can't wait until next time!

Love that Phoebe is able to build on knowledge of problem spots and what's helped in the past from past sessions to target other areas based on how my body was feeling today. Such a good, thoughtful session as always and felt even more stretched out and relaxed than usual. Can't recommend Phoebe enough!

Amazing as always. I had not been for a while for reasons beyond my control and oh my you could tell the difference. Safe to say I have rebooked in for regular top ups because after the break you notice how much this actually helps ❤️
