Best massage and cupping I’ve had in the area, and this was not a small one as I had whiplash that Abbey smoothed out. The energy from Abbey and the space was calming. The massage studio is a beautiful clean space. Emma is very organised and communicative and gives you all information required prior to massage. I’d recommend this place.

First time seeing Emma & she was wonderful! Emma took time to listen to my concerns & she explained what she could do to help. Her warm, friendly, thoughtful & caring attitude made me feel very welcome. During the massage treatment Emma constantly checked on me, how I was handling the intensity & pressure of the session & was very reassuring that all was going well. At the conclusion of my appointment Emma advised on self after care & what to expect over the following few days post treatment. The whole experience was positive & I won’t hesitate to book future visits with Emma when needed.

Cassie did an amazing job! I came in with a lot of pain around my shoulder blades, and she worked through the problem areas with great skill and care. I felt much better after the session. Professional, friendly, and highly effective-I would definitely recommend Cassie for remedial massage. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a great remedial session with Chris 🙌 He’s nailed that perfect balance of targeted pressure and relaxation — so you actually get results and enjoy the process (rare combo). After breaking my back 3 months ago, my glutes have been constantly guarding and my lower back has been super stiff. After seeing Chris yesterday… I woke up with zero stiffness, my glutes are finally firing properly, and my second jog back felt completely seamless. Honestly such a shift. Highly, highly recommend 🤍
