My interaction with Niva was highly professional from our very first conversation. We had a detailed discussion, and once it concluded, I was clearly informed about what was required of me for my appointment, which made the process much smoother. Tina was so knowledgeable about general physiology that she was able to understand how an underlying condition i had affected my skin and work to suit. She's also extremely personable and made me feel so very comfortable with my bikini wax, i might let her do a brazilian next time and i SWORE i could never show myself to a tech like that, she made me feel THAT comfortable. In a nutshell - kind, efficient, great quality and price.

Where to begin? If you're not looking for a relaxing enviornment with the sweetest, most patient, knowledgeable aesthetician ever then this is not the place for you!
