I was so honored to be able to experience the Red Dao Detox Bath Ritual at Sapa Spa in Denver. The bath was hot and soothed my sore muscles from the previous days hike and 2,000" of elevation gain. I started sweating almost immediately after submerging up tp my shoulders. After about 12-15 minutes into my 30 minute soak I was fully relaxed and had slipped into a trance-like meditative state. It was very hot and very nurturing. I'll be visiting Sapa again to partake in this deeply nourishing ritual bath.

I really need a self-care day before my wedding and I had the BEST time at Sapa! I heard about it from some local Denver influencers and it blew my expectations out of the water. I did the Spa Day package (3 hours), which included the infrared sauna, foot bath, red dao herbal bath and time in the himalayan salt room. I went on a Wednesday at noon and was the only person in there. It was so relaxing and calming that I almost fell asleep in the herbal bath and I definitely feel asleep in the himalayan salt room lol. I slept like a baby that night. Thanks Thang and Ryan for an amazing experience!

I love this spa experience every single time. I feel renewed, relaxed, ready for my week afterward. The staff is also incredible, so nice and knowledgeable. I have introduced my friends and they love it too. Thank you for bringing this to Denver, there is nothing that compares.

This place is the absolute! they spend their time have great nail polish selection is not cheap crap and are amazing happy friendly staff I highly recommend everyone. Even after I was treated sooo badly by Wash Park nail management, the staff and management at Thai Nails treated me amazing and like a important client instead of a number. April continues to be the best in Denver.

I had a wonderful mani/pedi experience with Thang! The spa itself is incredibly relaxing—calm atmosphere, fresh scent, and plenty of natural light that makes it feel peaceful from the moment you walk in. Thang’s work is outstanding—quick, detail-oriented, and truly impeccable. You can tell she takes pride in her craft. I’ll definitely be coming back! Plus that is locally owned and operated.

This is a truly healing place. As a mom, taking time for myself is so important and this spa is truly worth the time. The red Dao bath is so luxurious and hearty. Oh... My... Gosh... It was simply Wonderful. My friend and I took advantage of the Spa Day package (4 services). Each was fabulous by itself, however, both of us can say the Red Dao Herbal Bath was pure ecstasy. My skin benefitted from the TLC, and the salt chamber seemed to have given my lungs a boost. What a treasure to have this in Denver -- we'll be back soon!
