She created a lovely sparkly design based and explained the steps along the way. She is a true perfectionist in the best way and everything was super clean. Natalie is great, she’s so easy to talk to. I previously went to a nail salon who had caused damage to my nails and I’ve had 2 sessions of flexi tips with Natalie and my nails are so much stronger. I’ve moved into biab overlays with polish and they’re lovely. I’m so happy with the length and strength of my nails, still a little length to go but I’m so happy. Thank you xx

She goes above and beyond and looks into depth about it all to give me great results. She’s got a lovely nature and is extremely welcoming, I love that she knows when I want to chat or when I need that little time to be quiet and enjoy the treatment in silence. 100% recommended and once Natalia is qualified I will most definitely be a regular Thank you xx
