Elise did an amazing job! I have a lot of pain in my fingers and getting a manicure is usually difficult for me, but Elise was so gentle and willing to work with me and it didn't hurt at all! That was the best pedicure I have EVER had!! The environment was amazing with such soothing ambience and the massage chairs were so comfortable. They made sure that we were comfortable throughout our visit, always communicating everything that they were doing. They had so many different gel polishes to choose from that it was hard to make a decision, so I guess I have to come back to try more. All of that aside, this was by far the best customer service interaction I have ever had - not just from a nail salon, but from anywhere!
