Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Laura is always professional with her pedicures - the old colour is removed, nails trimmed and gel varnish reapplied. She carries a good range of colours. All in the comfort of your own home - essential for me, being disabled. I can't thank her enough!

Amazing Service usual. Sue is literally the best wax service in Coventry, no doubt about that. I had the new wax lady today, she was amazing as well. Great Service, friendly and comfortable overall

I had my eyebrows and lashes tinted today and also had a manicure with Sanela, and I’m really pleased with the results. She is very friendly and easy to talk to, and she immediately put me at ease. She took her time to make sure everything was done properly and the end result is excellent. A very professional service in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere – I would definitely recommend her.

Amazing service and lovely people. I felt at ease and comfortable during my leg wax and my eyelash tinting. Shaf was super lovely and kind and made the whole experience the best. I booked for waxing and eyebrow tint/thread for the first time with sue and was delighted with Sue’s attention to deal and manner! She’s a fantastic therapist and I would highly recommend her. I’ve now found my new lady for treatments in Coventry 🥰
