First time trying the 90 min head spa. What a fantastic experience! Relaxing from start to finish. Tina is small but mighty with her massage skills. Already recommended to my friends and family and will definitely be back to see Tina soon!

I just had another visit at pro nails n it was awesome these beautiful ladies once again did n amazing job I'm greeted with such grace always served a beverage of my choice n always given choices pertaining to my service that day I frequent pro nails I gave since 2015 I get gel nails spa pedicure eyebrow wax n tint n lash extensions n let me say I feel great look great so happy these amazing ladies create magic I have been n will continue to be a faithful client so this being said plz go n check out pro nails on 1565 regent ave it's always a pleasure ❤️

I had such an amazing experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The salon was spotless, relaxing, and had a great atmosphere. My nail technician was incredibly detail-oriented and took the time to make sure my nails were shaped perfectly and the polish was flawless. I’m beyond happy with how my nails turned out—they look beautiful and have lasted so well. You can tell they truly care about quality and customer satisfaction. I left feeling pampered and refreshed. I had a great experience at my appointment , met Anna who worked on my in grown nails , plus she does d a shellac manicure for me , Tracy does d the pedicure for me . Absolutely wonderful people , and would recommend Pro Nails to anyone ! Thank you so much Sandraharapiak

Experience was good nail techs took their time but wish mine would have started the nail polish on my toes first so they had extra time to dry got home and a nail was smudged but otherwise ok

Both Haze( hands)l and Jeremy( feet) Were really very good and pleasant. I was very happy with the service. The only thing I was disappointed with was that the music was so loud and tha people were all talking so loud. If I could suggest any improvements it would be to have signs asking people and staff to whisper and then lowered the music volume,as it is called a spa.

Everytime I go to Ruby its such a great experience! Tran and her team run an amazing service! I have found a favorite in my nail tech Jeremy. I always book with him and I am NEVER unhappy. He takes his time and listens to what I want. Super super place!!!

Overall it was good! I found that the hot stones were only used for a very short time as compared to visits in the past. Also the polish application is a little bit uneven. But everyone was courteous and overall I enjoyed my visit

Absolutely in love with my new nails from Ruby Nails 😍💅🏽 I decided to try a different design today and Hazel understood the vision perfectly! The red chrome cat-eye effect is so elegant, classy, and eye-catching. She paid attention to every detail and made sure everything looked flawless. It was not with Jeremy and the nail tech did not have a name badge on. Unfortunately there were 2 nail techs when I came in & one got the polish and the other did the nails and missed that the polish was a Cat Eye so when she finished that is when we realized the cat eye effect had not been done and we had to redo the polish. Otherwise she did an amazing job with my nails.

Excellent, Tina was amazingly meticulous with cuticle care and details with manicure. Environment comfortable and staff overall very friendly. Would be preferred if English was spoken 100% of the time. Always awkward when staff speak “around the customers.”

The atmosphere is always so lovely and the staff is super friendly. The different options for pedicures is my favourite and I got the Jelly pedicure (love it every time). The staff takes very good care of you and the prices are fair. I always walk out feeling refreshed. My LCN Gel and Shellac pedicure is always beautiful done.

Hazel always does an amazing job on my nails, My shellac polish lasts without chipping. She is extremely nice person. When I get some of the other girls the polish often chips just after a few days which is not satisfactory.
