As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Kyara who my appointment for a manicure was with. Kyara was so welcoming and asked if I had a colour in mind, brought over so many different colour options. During my appointment she was very social polite and asked multiple times if shape, length and everything was okay. The whole vibe of Cloud Nine was welcoming and friendly. The other employees were also laughing and joking with us and just gave off the kind of relaxing atmosphere you look for in a Spa. Did not feel tense or out of my comfort zone at all. I will definitely be back for more service!
